What happens when you are in Optomentry School.

Michaels bathroom:
1,2,3,4,5, no 6 contact cases... at least 3 with different contacts in them. Not to mention the eye drops, solutions and all the other fun stuff.

Big Storms!

For a few days it was a lot hotter then it usually is. then we had a cold front come in and that is a recipe for TORNADOS. All Night on Sunday we listened to the TV say over and over again that this huge storm was coming. There was sevre thunder and lightning storms warnings, as well as Tornados. About 40 percent of Memphis was out of power after it passed through.

So what did we do..... We sat on the porch to witness it.
So that is not water on the camera that is the flash reflecting off the rain coming down because there was so much of it. Notice that the lights where still on in the parking lot in this picture. All of a sudden we heard a BOOM and all the parking lot lights went out:

I caught a picture of lightning in this picture but you cant even see it with all the rain. I have never seen it rain so hard.
This is what it looked liked without the lightning. We could barely see our car in the parking lot.
There ended up being a tornado in Mississippi, and it continued to Alabama. But we just got to witness the storm. sad

The Eye Ball

The Eye ball is a dance that they do for optometry students. Get the pun? All of Michaels friends from school decided to all go together, and Michael was dragged along with them... he had fun, but dances aren’t his thing. So first we went to Boscos. It was a really neat restaurant. We had a salad and a pizza; it was the pollo diablo pizza. (As good and as spicy as it sounds.)

The party... I think there is 20 of us....

I really like this picture of us. I will have to thank Kelsie for taking it.

The Dance was at the Cadre:

It was a really pretty building I thought. We had fun hanging out with friends and we even dance a couple of times

I am defiantly not used to seeing me pregnant... the other 2 girls in the picture are pregnant too. Kelsie and Sam are both having boys

The group!
It was a fun night.

Christmas Announcement!

This was a special Christmas for us because we had some exciting news to tell our famlies. We had everything planned for our big announcement before we left. And the Wait nearly killed us.

We had my Dad for Chirstmas. This was how we told them.

They were some happy GRANDPARENTS!

I let Michael decide how to tell his family. He wanted me to make his mom card (whenever I have made a card in the past he always signs it something like "look at this cute card I made you" or "I spent a lot of time on this card for you mom" So I made a Card and he wrote " I made this card and this BABY!"

Another very happy Grandma!

Zoo Lights

We got to go with our friends from SCO to the zoo for Zoo Lights!
