thinking...
So this Sunday in relief society the lesson was about service. I have always loved doing service, but in my home ward the service was always placed in front of me. Since I have been married and in a student married ward the opportunity doesn't present it self to me.
I have had such a bad attitude lately, I feel like I just don't want to do anything. Well this lesson hit me like a bag of bricks! SMACK! I am still feeling it. I shouldn't be in a bad mood I have such a great life! I have a home, food and clothes. I have a good job that I like very much.
Then there was a part in the lesson that smacked me even HARDER, how many times have I thought of something nice to do and then thought "on my gosh, they will think I am stupid, I shouldn't." A story just like that was told in the lesson. About a girl who made a new tie for the prophet, walked up his stairs to his house, stopped, turned around and thought how stupid am I. Luckily Presidents Kimble's Wife was there to stop that girl, and to tell her to "Never push a Gracious thought out of your mind"
A quote to live by.
Thank you for reading the thoughts bunched up in my mind.

Michael the Hero!
Michael is super busy with school and well TEACHING school. He is teaching a human physiology lab, that comes with office hours. Which is just about the coolest thing ever. He is a great teacher and I am excited for him. He also gets to take a class to help him on the OAT. (Which is the test he has to score big on to get into Optometry school.) It’s a expensive class and we where bless to be getting it for half off. He is doing so well this year in school and I could not be prouder.

Our Utah Bucket List
We have about one year before we move, so I kind of Freaked out and wrote down everything we have wanted to do... and couldnt do last year...
So hopefully we can do some fun things before we leave.
1. Hardware Ranch: I have been here once when I was little. It just seems to be a fun romantic place to go. Well there isn’t much to do here in the winter time.
2. Rock Climbing: I got a free all day pass a week before I broke my ankle. So we really need to go.
3. Bear Lake: Odd thing is that I have honestly never been to Bear Lake.(and I have lived in northern Utah for mostly all my life.) I have driven through the town, But never too the lake (also I heard they have some mean raspberry shakes.) We planned out a fun few days get away last year but had to postpone it for a year. :(
4. With Bear Lake leads Minnetonka Cave: I have heard lots of stories it sounds so cool!
5. Lava hot springs: also never been, and there is a cool Thai place next to it so I have been told.
6. Cedar City Renaissance fair: WE have always wanted to go. Now my uncle lives down there so we must!
7. Ruth’s Diner: For all those Food network FANS! DDD went there and it looks like they have the best Mac and cheese. And I love Mac and cheese
8. Canoeing: Mike really wants to go because he has never been able to just play around. And last year he was pretty sad we couldn’t. My dad has canoes so it will be pretty easy to do.
Other then that I hope to go Camping and hiking a few times this year. Maybe hit a few Fun things around town like summer fest or something.
And having fun with friends and Family before we say goodbye for 4 years to a new adventure.

This is a weird picture of me because i am trying to show how long my hair is before yes thats right I chopped it off!!! It wasnt quite long enough for locks of loves (ten inches) which is okay, but would of been neat to do.

Wow the year is up. And what a year it was! Full of great family momments that we will never forget, a TRIP OF A LIFE TIME!, hospital visits, long recoveries with broken bones, new family members, and well you get the picture.
This year we hope to have a happy graduation, and a Healthy happy family :) (with no more visits to the hospital, and broken bones), we will hopefully find out where we are going to be living for the next stage in our lives.
Hope you all have a good year as well

Weekend Getaway

Only a few degrees warmer but we had fun on our weekend getaway. We got to spend some time together and relax from work and school. We saw some freinds and family and got lost a few times.
On Friday we went to Temple Square, where we got to go through the Salt Lake Temple (Which is magnificent) with my brother Keith he got his endownment. We had fun going out to eat with my family after.

(I am wearing heels for the first time! since July!!)
Saturday we went out to eat with friends. We were going to go Christmas shopping in Salt Lake but we got lost. (well the CottonWood mall disappeared) We did walk around the Gate way mall for a little while but a massive snowstorm was hitting our home so we had to venture the canyon in day light. Once we did get to Logan... Mike had to endure the christmas shopping :) We got home cold and tired but we had yummy pizza and warmed up watching movies at home.
